Our three-course Christmas Dinner begins with a cozy Pumpkin Velouté adorned with pumpernickel crumb and cheddar custard, or a refreshing Beardorf Salad with apples, celery, cranberries, baby gem lettuce, and walnuts. For the main, choose between our classic Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings—fried Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, cranberry, and gravy—or the Slow Baked Halibut with butterbean cassoulet, fried pork belly, broccoli haché, and brown butter. Delight in a sweet finale with either the festive Gingerbread Trifle, featuring winter spiced cream, pear, and island salt caramel, or the indulgent Chocolate Cake with Grand Marnier ganache and orange marmalade.
