The culinary crescendo continues with Chef Dylan’s bold Black Lime Spiced Beef, featuring rich sunflower seed mole, grilled beef, smoked sweet potato, and fried dinosaur kale—paired impeccably with an 1800 Añejo Old Fashioned, where aged tequila meets timeless sophistication.
