Celebrate Easter evening with a curated culinary journey at Callisto, Bear Mountain’s refined dining destination known for its panoramic views and elevated West Coast cuisine.

Executive Chef Dylan Casimiro brings a creative, ingredient-driven approach to the Easter prix-fixe menu, offering a selection of appetizers, mains, and desserts that reflect Vancouver Island’s springtime bounty. Guests can choose between a 2-course or 3-course experience, complemented by elegant service and a warm, inviting setting. Menu highlights include Leek & Celeriac Soup, Jumbo Prawn Cocktail, Deviled Eggs or Bear Mountain Caesar to start, followed by a choice of Chicken Supreme, Haida Gwaii Halibut, Surf & Turf or Spring Orecchiette.
End the evening with a beautifully crafted dessert from Pastry Chef Madeline Beaumont - choice of Chocolate Lovers Nest or Carrot Garden Trifle - her seasonal creations are the perfect finale to a special occasion.
